【Features】
This is a multifunctional analog stabilizer co-developed with Gerd Volker Kühn from Germany’s Black Forest Audio. The design, which minimizes the use of metal and securely clamps to the center pin of the turntable, has been granted a utility model patent in Germany. There are two ways to use it: like a traditional stabilizer, it can be placed on top of the record to suppress minute vibrations and improve sound quality. Alternatively, if the center pin is long enough, after clamping onto the pin, it can apply appropriate pressure from the center to reduce record warping, significantly stabilizing tracking. When using heavy materials, unnecessary mechanical energy can accumulate, interfering with the tracking process and making it difficult to convey accurate sound quality. Therefore, we have adopted a special synthetic resin material infused with carbon, achieving a lightweight of 100g while maintaining high rigidity. The BFA-CLAMP mk-II incorporates Tiglon’s patented technology, the D-REN Ring, enhancing resolution compared to traditional models and enabling the reproduction of a more natural soundstage.
