TiGLON Cables Reviewed by Enjoy the Music.com — A World Premiere and a Rave Review

review
2026/08/10

We are delighted to share that four TiGLON cables have been featured in a full review by Enjoy the Music.com, one of the most respected high-end audio publications in the United States, with a history spanning more than 30 years. The review was written by veteran critic Rick Becker.

Rick Becker is well known for his long career reviewing amplifiers, speakers, DACs, and other components, and it is extremely rare for him to dedicate a review solely to cables. We are truly honoured that he chose to take on TiGLON.

Overall Impressions

Rick auditioned the cables over several months using a serious reference system, comparing TiGLON extensively against several well-regarded high-end cable brands. The recurring theme throughout the review was clear: “It is the high resolution that has provided the ‘wow’ factor.” He described the Tiglon cables as being “for those who like to lean into their music as if each LP or CD was a live performance and every note is to be experienced and savored.”

On value, Rick was equally direct: “While the price of the Tiglon cables may seem expensive to newcomers to the high end, make no mistake, these are mid-level cables that are very high performers in their price class.”

Individual Product Reviews

TPL-3000A-WT (White Tiger) Power Cable
Compared against ArgentPur, Audience Front Row Reserve, and Synergistic Research Atmosphere SX Excite power cables, Rick found the White Tiger to be competitive at the very top: “The ArgentPur PC12, Audience Front Row Reserve, and Tiglon White Tiger were all in a narrow performance band.” He noted the White Tiger was “slightly higher resolution with a slightly sharper attack, resulting in a little more of the ‘you are there’ experience, which encourages you to pay attention and engage with the music.” His overall assessment: “The Tiglon White Tiger is among the very best I’ve tried, though it is far from the most expensive.”

TPL-2000X XLR Interconnect
Used between the DAC and preamp, Rick found the TPL-2000X to be “more resolved, with the music demanding more attention from this listener.” He noted it had “received several awards” and described orchestral music as “quite engaging with the sections of the orchestra clearly delineated and layered.”

TPL-2000SP Speaker Cable
After comparing against Synergistic Research, Silversmith Audio Fidelium Fi, and ArgentPur speaker cables, Rick returned to the Tiglon and found it “even better than the ArgentPur, perhaps because of the synergy with the other Tiglon cables in the rig. There was better resolution, more physicality, and a more defined soundstage with instruments taking up the proper amount of space while standing separate from each other.” His conclusion: “With excellent transparency and a black background, it provided a very convincing ‘you are there’ experience.” He also noted it as “an outstanding value.”

TSL-D100-GD (Golden Dragon) Digital Cable
The newest addition to the TiGLON lineup, released on 1st August 2026, was also included in the review. Rick described it as “a significant step up in resolution.” He noted that “the additional resolution of the Golden Dragon hones the edges of notes and syllables even further, allowing effortless cognition of lyrics.” He also observed “greater dynamics, especially noted with bass slam, rim shots, and cymbals” and improved transparency with “a somewhat blacker background.”

Summary

Rick’s closing words say it best: “If you’re hungering to hear Going Back to New Orleans with Dr. John, and want to relish nearly every word and note that’s played, Tiglon cables will take you down that road, and you’ll be dancing in the streets.”
